1. Our service

RoleTailor is a Software-as-a-Service tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate an optimised version of your resume based on text you provide from your current resume and a target job description. The output is delivered as a downloadable PDF and a plain text file.

2. Payments

All payments for the RoleTailor service are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe is responsible for secure handling of your payment information. Payment is required to download your optimised resume. All prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you provide (your resume and job description). The quality of our output is directly dependent on the quality of your input
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that is malicious, hateful, or discriminatory

4. Intellectual property

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the content you submit (your resume). We claim no ownership over your personal data. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide licence to use, modify, and distribute the optimised resume document we generate for you for your personal career-seeking purposes.

5. Refund policy

We stand behind our product and want you to be satisfied. We offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" on our service.

If you are not happy with the optimised resume you receive, please contact us at support@roletailor.ai within 48 hours of your purchase with your order number. We will process a full, no-questions-asked refund. Please be aware that abuse of this policy may result in you being blocked from using the service in the future.

6. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The RoleTailor service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using our service will result in a job interview or employment. Our service is a tool designed to assist your job application process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoleTailor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
