2. Free preview policy

Before purchasing, you can preview our analysis and see sample improvements to your resume at no cost. This allows you to evaluate the quality of our service before making a payment decision.

3. Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our product and want you to be satisfied. We offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" on our service.

If you are not happy with the optimised resume you receive, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with your order number. We will process a full, no-questions-asked refund.

Please be aware that abuse of this policy may result in you being blocked from using the service in the future.

4. Refund eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You are not satisfied with the optimised resume you received
  • You experienced a technical error that prevented you from receiving your optimised resume
  • The AI service failed to generate meaningful improvements due to a system malfunction
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service
  • You request a refund within 48 hours of purchase

5. Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • More than 48 hours have passed since your purchase
  • The refund policy is being abused (multiple refund requests)
